Position Description Overview

Generate new demand, revenue, profit margin and retention for Fiserv with assigned mix of current clients. Conduct regular cadence of communication with the client at all levels and disciplines by effectively articulating the Fiserv value propositions. Ability to lead multiple initiatives concurrently, potentially in difference distribution models, in a manner that will identify and execute to close new sales opportunities following Fiserv's sales process methodology. Work independently in a virtual team setting to coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying client requirements to generate new business opportunities with the client. Must be a detail oriented team player with good planning and problem solving skills who is willing to go the extra mile and have strong sales ability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Owns and is accountable for key corporate client accounts, including retention and further revenue generation, through consultative value add selling.
  • Ensures operational excellence is delivered with the support of the Service Specialist team.
  • Establishes Relationship Development Plans per account within their assigned portfolio and ensures periodic reviews of these plans take place with clients.
  • Develops & grows relationships with C-level contacts and decision-makers.
  • Identifies, creates and implements action plans for all at risk accounts.
  • Demonstrates analytical insight and thorough knowledge of transaction and interchange level details pertaining to their accounts and understands the impacts on both the client's and Fiserv business.
  • Responsible for facilitating and conducting quarterly reviews with the relevant stakeholders withing the relationship.
  • Maintains accurate records of all account activity with Salesforce.
