TITLE\:              Application Analyst


HOURS\:            40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8\:30-5\:30


LOCATION\:       Omaha, NE


DUTIES\:           Support existing business systems and applications designed to authorize cardholder activities in real time, detect fraudulent activities, alert cardholders, activate debit and credit cards, and provide updates on change of address verifications. Responsible for the life cycle of Windows and desktop application development along with enhancements, such as VB6, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server, WCF, HTML, CSS, IIS, SSIS, and SSRS. Design, develop, test and implement technical solutions for business applications. Perform code reviews to ensure high quality deliverables along with unit testing and debugs. Liaise with business analyst on requirement gathering and analysis for specifications provided by clients for project development work. Work on Agile-scrum software development environment. Maintain ongoing reliability, performance, and support of system environments. Monitor systems, respond to problems, and plan growth. Provide system analysis to create change plans. Ensure adherence on established standards to consult with senior managers on technology solutions. Provide 24/7 on call support. Perform additional job duties as required. Responsible for technical writing, documenting requirements, and design, as well as creating Windows Services in C#. Use Visual Studio, Net Framework, Servers 2008 , WinForms–WPF, Console application, XML, Web Services, WPF, MVVM, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, Jquery, and Crystal Reports. Database development experience using SQL Server. Write and debug stored procedures and triggers. Responsible for code versioning and building tools including GIT. Use Connect\: Direct(NDM) for file transmissions and SDLC Methodology using AGILE.


REQTS\:             Must have Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, or a related field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, as a Systems Engineer, Application Analyst or a related position. Must have five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with\: Requirement gathering and analysis; Technical writing, documenting requirements, and design; VB.NET; Visual Studio; Net Framework; C#.NET; Servers 2008 ; IIS; Windows and desktop application development; WinForms–WPF; Console application; Creating Windows Services in C#; XML; Web Services; WCF; WPF; MVVM; MVC; Web API; HTML; CSS; JavaScript; Jquery; ASP.NET; ADO.Net; Database development experience using SQL Server; write and debug stored procedures and triggers; Crystal Reports; SSRS; SSIS; Code versioning and build tools including GIT; Connect\: Direct(NDM) for file transmissions; and SDLC Methodology using AGILE. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in a stated field of study plus two (2) years of experience. The employer will accept pre-or-post Master’s experience.
